By looking at its HP alone, youâll know that Mega Sableye ex is a durable Pokémon. This Darkness Pokémon can unleash an attack that deals a lot of damage. 80 damage is big enough to defeat smaller Pokémon quite easily.
But thatâs not what weâre after here. If you see the Cursed Jewel skill description, it says that Mega Sableye ex will deal an additional 40 points of damage to the Pokémon that attacks it. What you get here is basically a free 40 damage per turn, which is insane.

The Best Pokémon TCG Pocket Mega Sableye ex Deck

For building this deck, weâll need two additional Pokémon: Greninja and Darkrai ex. We use Greninja for deadline oppressive damage using its skill, Water Shuriken. Darkrai ex can be useful to damage enemies by 20 points while drawing a darkness energy.
Combining both can be a perfect set up to prepare Mega Sableye ex. Once the required energy is fulfilled, switch Mega Sableye ex back to the Active Spot and keep dealing the enemy. During your first attacks, the enemies can be easily caught off-guard, thanks to its passive damage skill.
Pros:
Mega Sableye exâs Cursed Jewel can easily deal tons of damage to the enemies on the Active Spot.
Water Shuriken can also deal damage to enemies, even when this Pokémon isnât at the Active Spot.
Cons:
The build time might take longer as youâll need two different energies to get this Pokémon functional.

| Mega Sableye ex | 1x |
| Cyrus | 1x |

How to Use This Deck

The Mega Sableye ex card requires two types of energy to unleash the skill, which is a Darkness energy and Any energy. By having Darkrai ex, you can freely pull more Dark energy while dealing damage to the enemies, which is great.
However, we also want to use Chingling here. Chingling is great as a disruptor, because it can prevent the enemy from using their items. But, this Pokémon has relatively low health, making it an easy target.
Thatâs why we will equip the Lucky Egg to draw five cards if Chingling is knocked unconscious. This will make sure that youâll have more than enough cards to adapt the battle.
With this deck, you will have two main attackers, one of which is Greninja. So, itâs better to evolve it as fast as possible to give you an opening. By having Greninja around, you can always deal chip damage to the enemy.
Now with Darkrai ex, Greninja, and Mega Sableye ex in play, your board will become really hard to defeat. The enemy will have to defeat either Greninja or Darkrai ex first to gain advantage. Going for Mega Sableye ex head one is suicide at this point, because of those 40 damage points payback attack.
Beating This Deck

While itâs really hard to defeat Pokémon TCG Pocket Mega Sableye ex deck, itâs still doable. In such a situation, youâd want to focus your attack on Mega Sableye ex.
While it seems to be a suicide mission, thatâs the only way to winning the game when their deck is already established. Use your best attackers, like Hitmonlee and Mega Lucario ex, and hit it hard.
If possible, use any cards that have damage buff abilities, like Cyrus, for example. With Hitmonlee, you can snipe Mega Sableye ex from the bench to let Mega Lucario ex to finish the job.
Conclusion
Pokémon TCG Pocket Mega Sableye ex deck is indeed one of those decks that you should collect and master while itâs still there. This deck has everything from survivability, consistency, and also offense.
Itâs a really hard deck to defeat, and therefore, youâll need to get it as well. Collect more of the Poké Gold/Pokémon TCG Pocket Gold from a reputable source, like OLD STORE , and try your best luck to obtain the necessary cards.
