How to Make Friends on MICO

Building genuine connections is one of the platform's biggest attractions.

Spend time joining livestreams instead of immediately sending private messages. Active viewers are more likely to receive responses because hosts recognize familiar usernames over time.

Voice rooms. Another good place to look is thevoice rooms on clubhouse where groups regularly host music rooms, language swap room, game discussons, chat sessions and more.

Similarly, being respectful will lead to you being a recipient of friend requests more often and generate a stronger reaction to messages you send out to unknown people.

How to Go Live on MICO

Live streaming is really simple even for the first timers. You can hit the live button, pick your broadcast title and category, choose the audience that you want your viewers to have and broadcast.

Popular stream categories include:

• Music and singing
• Lifestyle
• Gaming
• Dancing
• Casual chatting
• Talent shows
• Q&A sessions

Another feature that the app offers is the multi-guest streams that let creators enable viewers and other broadcasters to participate in the stream.

Increase the size of your audience quickly

Growing on MICO takes consistency more than luck.

If your viewers have the opportunity to watch you at least a few times every week they know what time to tune into your broadcasts for. Nearly all the streamers I watch tend to converse more with chat than waiting around to be blessed with Gifts. Simply welcoming new chatters to the chat in name and posing some questions and prompt responses will boost viewer retention tremendously.

In addition, seasoned hosts will advertise on their TikTok accounts, Facebook page, and other social channels to draw more potential followers.

There’s also the matter of increasing exposure through playing in the “Official Events” and PK Battles where new streamers who are looking for live players will find you. Streaming regularly and participating in events is always brought up in discussions as the quickest way to increase.

Understanding Virtual Gifts

Virtual gifts are one of the platform's core engagement systems.

Viewers purchase in-app currency and send animated gifts to creators during livestreams. These gifts contribute to creator rankings and, for eligible broadcasters, can be converted into earnings according to MICO's creator policies.

Smart streamers usually do not ask viewers for gifts at the very beginning of stream, they just focus on entertaining stream, then viewer will naturally support stream with Gifts when watching good content.

What Are PK Battles?

PK Battles are live competitions between two creators.

Throughout a PK battle, the audience shows their love and support to their favourite creator through gifts, and whoever receives more wins.

Not only are they fun but also provide creators access to brand-new audiences as the participants of both broadcasts could identify and follow previously unseen broadcasters.

For most streamers, PK battles represent one of the fastest methods of growing their visibility.

Tips for New Creators

MICO’s “success” tends to be built more upon fostering a fun and open environment and the acquisition of new fans and followers than by seeking quick results. Try your best to maintain stream quality with an uninterrupted and steady connection. Ensure you’re sitting in a well-lit environment and are using an adequately clear microphone that can easily and clearly be heard.

Responding quickly to incoming chat messages can go a long way toward keep conversations engaged, while using relevant stream titles is a great way to help potential fans find your streams.

Lastly, avoid broadcasting for the first time for a short duration. The algorithm has a better chance to showcase your streams to a new audience if you broadcast for extended durations, consistently.

Community Safety and Moderation

MICO enforces its Community Guidelines using automated AI systems as well as a team of human moderators. Users have the option to flag or report users for inappropriate behavior, unfriend or block users they don’t want to communicate with, or limit conversations via private modes.

While the moderation has been getting better over time in various updates, community chats encourage us to refrain from sharing sensitive personal information, and to use reporting tools whenever there's a scam or a harassing interaction.

Common Beginner Mistakes

If they make a new account they think that they would get instant popular if they went for their first live. Inactive profiles not filling there information they get only limited people on stream than the profile which is fullfilled profile. I noticed this with lot of users which they make there live. Most new users what they want they get Gifts they make conversation for gifts no community they do. The good community builders are those who try to make a chat with peoples rather than making them to send gift for that, for the community which always with them they dont do much. Missing the official events so, they are not able to get chances of getting the public's noticed.

Conclusion

In 2026, MICO remains one of the most popular social livestreaming platforms around the globe, providing the ideal channel for having fun while connecting with people, showcasing your unique skills, and gaining a global following. Whether you want to use MICO to connect with new friends, get noticed, or establish yourself as an influencer, keep this platform thriving through regular streaming, a consistent activity level, community involvement, and an emphasis on interactive engagement. Instead of aiming for quick expansion, strive for authentic connection, and you’ll maximize the MICO experience. “From casual talks to exciting broadcasts: Fuel your MICO journey with instant recharges from OLD STORE .”
