By using the OLD STORE website and services, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully before creating an account or placing an order.

1) Service description
OLD STORE is an online platform selling digital products including game top-ups, gift cards, vouchers, and PC game keys. Orders are fulfilled through third-party service providers. We are not the official publisher or developer of listed games unless explicitly stated.
2) Eligibility, legal age, and accounts
You must be legally able to enter a binding contract and meet the minimum legal age in your country (see also Section 12 on minors). Provide accurate registration details. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account or linked payment methods.
3) Orders and fulfillment
After successful payment, we begin fulfilling the order subject to availability. Delivery times are estimates and may vary by product type, provider, and payment review. Order status is shown in your account and on the tracking page.
4) Accuracy of details (ID / server / region)
You alone are responsible for entering the correct player ID, server, region, and any required fields. Delivery to the wrong account because of customer-entered data may not be refundable after fulfillment.
5) Prices and payment
The price shown before checkout is the reference for your order. Available payment methods and currencies may vary. If payment fails or is cancelled by the gateway, the order is not fulfilled.
6) Digital products and final sales
Products are digital by nature. Once a top-up is completed or a code is delivered, the transaction is considered fulfilled. Refunds follow the Refund Policy and eligible cases only.
7) Wallet and rewards
Wallet balance, coupons, rewards, and referrals are platform features with their own rules. We may modify or pause reward programs with reasonable notice when possible, without affecting paid wallet funds owed to you under policy.
8) Acceptable use
You may not use the platform for fraud, money laundering, system abuse, impersonation, or any illegal activity. We may suspend or terminate violating accounts and reject suspicious orders.
9) Intellectual property
The OLD STORE name, logo, site design, and content belong to us or our licensors. Game names and trademarks belong to their owners and appear for product identification only.
10) Disclaimers and limitation of liability
We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted networks or unchanged publisher/provider policies. We are not liable for game-account bans caused by the user’s violation of publisher policies, or for indirect damages beyond the amount paid for the disputed order where permitted by law.
11) Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates take effect when published on this page. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
12) Minors and legal age
Anyone who has not reached the legal age of contractual capacity under the laws of their country of residence may not use the platform, create an account, or place any order. In most jurisdictions this means 18 years of age, or the higher age required by local law to enter binding electronic contracts. If you are a minor, you may use the service only with the express prior consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian who alone bears responsibility for payment, use, and supervision. By completing any order or payment, you represent that you have reached the legal age or are acting with valid parental/guardian authorization. If we determine — including through notice from a parent/guardian, payment provider, or official documentation — that an order or payment was made by a minor without proper parental consent, we reserve the right to: (1) suspend or close the account immediately, (2) reject current and future orders, (3) refuse refunds for orders that were fulfilled or where digital products were delivered or codes revealed, because digital goods are non-returnable after delivery under our Refund Policy, and (4) reject refund or chargeback claims based solely on the user being underage after successful delivery. Parents and guardians are responsible for safeguarding payment details, devices, and accounts. We are not liable for a minor’s use of a card, wallet, or account without permission, and the parent/guardian remains responsible for all activity conducted through the account or payment method used.
