Seven Knights Re:BIRTH Aris Guide: Best Build, Skills, and Team Comps

Earthen Aura Aris is Seven Knights Re:BIRTH's newest Legendary — a scaling Attacker-Support whose damage explodes the longer a fight drags on. Here's her best build, skills, and the sustain teams she was made for.

The Carry That Only Gets Stronger

Some heroes hit hard from the opening bell and fade. Aris is the opposite. [Earthen Aura] Aris — the newest Legendary hero in Seven Knights Re:BIRTH and a member of Pentagon — is a scaling powerhouse whose damage climbs the longer a battle lasts. Drag a fight out, let her stacks build, and she turns into an absolute problem for the enemy team.

But here's the catch you need to understand before investing: Aris is underwhelming without her Awakening. Her true potential is locked behind that awakened passive, and setting her up correctly is the difference between a mediocre attacker and a sustain-team monster. This guide covers exactly how to build her, how her scaling works, and the team comps where she absolutely shines.

Quick note before we dive in — if you're planning to top up Rubies to pull Aris during her Rate Up Summon, OLD STORE is the cheapest and most reliable way to do it. If you want to top up Seven Knights Re:BIRTH, head to OLD STORE and load up while her banner is live.

Let's break her down.

Who Is Aris?

Here's the foundation before we get into builds.

Aris is a Legendary Attacker and Support hybrid, and a member of the Pentagon faction. She's designed specifically as a damage dealer for defensive team compositions — a carry built to sit inside sustain comps and win the long game. What makes her unique is her scaling: her damage output increases the longer a battle continues, making her a mainstay of teams designed to outlast the enemy rather than burst them down fast.

That dual Attacker-Support identity means she contributes on both ends. She deals the damage that closes out drawn-out fights, but she also brings support utility that hardens her team's durability. It's a genuinely versatile profile — she fits into almost any party, but she's especially recommended for sustain comps where her ramp-up has time to reach full power.

Why Awakening Is Non-Negotiable

This is the single most important thing to know about Aris: her performance without Awakening is underwhelming. She's a hero whose real value lives entirely in her awakened passive. Among sustain heroes, she's considered the next character worth Awakening after Clemyth — that's how highly her awakened form is rated.

If you plan to use her in PvP at all, you'll want to Awaken her first. An un-awakened Aris is a shadow of what she can be, so treat Awakening as a requirement, not an optional upgrade.

Aris's Skills and Scaling

Understanding how she ramps is the key to using her well.

Earth Dragon's Fury — Her Scaling Engine

Aris's power revolves around a stacking mechanic called Earth Dragon's Fury. Every time she gets attacked by an enemy, she gains a stack (up to a maximum of 30). At high Transcendence, each stack grants a Damage Dealt Boost and a Physical Attack Boost — meaning the longer the enemy keeps hitting her, the harder she hits back. She even gains 10 stacks instantly upon revival, so getting knocked down and coming back only fuels her further.

This is why she thrives in long fights: the enemy is forced to either kill her fast (difficult, given her durability) or let her stacks pile up until she's overwhelming. There's no good answer for them once she's rolling.

Awakened Passive — The Real Payoff

Her awakened passive is what transforms her. It adds Incoming Healing Reduction and Block Rate Reduction — both devastating in sustain mirror matchups, since they cripple the enemy's ability to heal and block. On top of that, her on-block Buff Duration Reduction repeatedly cuts the enemy's turn-based buffs, grinding down their advantages over a long fight.

She can also generate Barriers for the front row on skill activation, which supplements team durability — a big deal when paired with heroes like Radgrid who can't generate barriers until after taking several hits.

Block-Based Utility

A recurring theme in her kit is Block. Aris tends to build high Block Rate, and several of her effects trigger on a successful block — including bonus damage based on the target's Defense and that buff-duration reduction. This makes her not just a damage dealer but a disruptive defensive presence who punishes enemies every time she blocks an attack.

Best Aris Build

Since Aris straddles Attacker and tank duties, her build is all about balancing offense with survivability so she lives long enough to reach her scaling ceiling. Here's how to gear her.

The ATK / Block Rate Balance

The core of building Aris is balancing equipment ATK and Block Rate. She needs enough attack to make her scaling damage matter, but enough Block Rate to survive the long fights where that scaling pays off. Lean too far into either and she underperforms — too much attack and she dies before ramping, too much defense and she never threatens damage.

For matchups against physical teams with high Crush values, a more defensive build focused on maximizing Block Rate and Damage Taken Reduction is recommended, since surviving to the mid-late game is when she becomes unbeatable.

Best Ring — Guts Ring

Because Aris already has Revive built into her passive and tends to stack high Block Rate and durability, the top-priority ring is the Guts Ring. It reinforces her survivability, ensuring she reaches the late-game window where her stacks make her a monster. Given how much her value depends on staying alive, this is the clear best-in-slot choice.

Stat Priorities

Build her in this rough order:

Block Rate — central to both her survival and her on-block effects
Balanced ATK — enough to make her scaling damage land hard
Damage Taken Reduction — helps her outlast physical burst
Weakness Hit Chance — worth investing in since her Skill 1 hits five times, making it especially effective against high-value targets like Lu Bu and Dellons

Transcendence Matters — A Lot

Aris scales hard with Transcendence, so if you're using her in PvP, push it as far as you can:

Transcendence 2 — killing an enemy with Skill 1 grants a chain-activation effect
Transcendence 6 — the Damage Boost from taking hits jumps from 2% to 6% per stack (×30 stacks)

The higher her Transcendence, the higher her damage output and win rate. If PvP is your goal, aim for Transcendence 6 and keep pushing.

Best Team Comps for Aris

Aris is built for sustain teams, and she has one pairing in particular that stands above the rest.

Aris + Radgrid (The Premier Synergy)

Aris has excellent synergy with Radgrid, and it's the pairing anyone running sustain teams in Arena will want. The reason is elegant: Radgrid can't generate barriers until after taking 3 hits, leaving him vulnerable early. Aris covers that gap by generating barriers for the front row on skill activation, supplementing his durability exactly when he needs it. Together they form a nearly immovable sustain core. If you're building a serious Arena sustain team, this duo is the foundation.

Aris + Awakened Rudy (Survivability Insurance)

Aris has high but not unbreakable durability, and her weakness is the early game before her stacks build. If she struggles to survive the opening burst, pairing her with an awakened Rudy is highly recommended. Rudy's opening-turn Link and defense buff protect her through the danger zone, letting her survive into the mid-to-late stages where her awakened passive makes physical teams miserable. It's a perfect protector-carry relationship.

Sustain Comps for Total War and Guild War

Since Aris has no strict comp requirements, she fits into any party — but she's at her best in sustain teams built for long fights. Alternatives for the Attacker role in these comps include Pallanus and Sun Wukong, but Aris is generally the first choice thanks to her awakened support and sky-high stacked damage.

For multi-party content like Total War, a strong approach is running two teams: one centered on a Radgrid / Pallanus / Clemyth core, and another built around Rudy and Sun Wukong — with Aris slotting into whichever needs her scaling finish. She also excels on the Support and Versatile-restricted floors 371–380 of the Infinite Tower, where her flexible identity is a perfect fit.

Should You Pull Aris?

Here's the honest verdict to help you decide.

Pull if: You run sustain teams in Arena, Total War, or Guild War — she's a mainstay of those comps and synergizes perfectly with Radgrid. She's also the go-to finisher for long battles thanks to her ramping damage.

Prioritize Awakening if you do pull: Remember she's underwhelming un-awakened. Budget your resources to Awaken her before expecting big results, especially for PvP.

Consider skipping if: You don't run sustain comps or you're not investing in Transcendence. Her value scales heavily with both Awakening and Transcendence, so if you can't commit to those, her ceiling drops significantly.

Her Rate Up Summon is live now, giving better odds to obtain her, and the Aris Power Up Event rewards you for completing missions to strengthen her — so if she fits your teams, this is the ideal window to grab and build her.

Final Thoughts

[Earthen Aura] Aris is one of the most rewarding Legendary heroes in Seven Knights Re:BIRTH for players who love the long game. Her Earth Dragon's Fury stacking turns her into an unstoppable force in drawn-out fights, her awakened passive shreds enemy sustain, and her synergy with Radgrid and awakened Rudy anchors some of the strongest defensive comps in the game. Build her around the ATK/Block Rate balance, slap on a Guts Ring, push Transcendence, and — above all — Awaken her to unlock her true potential.

If you run sustain teams, she's close to a must-pull. Grab her during the Rate Up Summon, clear the Power Up Event to strengthen her, and let her stacks do the rest.

And when you're ready to top up Rubies to chase Aris during her banner, OLD STORE has the best Seven Knights Re:BIRTH rates around — more value for every summon.

Outlast them all out there, Knight.
